हाम्रो आग्रह !!

"राम्रो भोलिको लागि, आज सिकौं र सिकाऔं" भन्ने उध्येश्यका साथ संचालित, यो बल्ग शिक्षा, सञ्चार, जागरूकता, जानकारी, समन्वय, पुस्तकहरु, कक्षाहरू, आदि र समग्रमा लोकसेवा र कलेजको विद्यार्थी सँग सम्बन्धित ब्लग हो। देशमा बढीरहेको बेरोजगारी र नेपाली प्रशासनमा कमजोर कर्मचारी को समस्यालाई ध्यानमा राखी यो बल्ग निर्माण गरिएको हो । यहाँ हामी सके सके-सम्म सम्पुर्ण बिषयबस्तुहरु समावेस गर्ने प्रयास गरिरहेका छौ। जस्ले गर्दा कुनैपनि लोकसेवाको तयारी गरीरहेका र कलेज पढ्दै गरेका विद्यार्थीहरुलाई धेरै उपयोगी हुनेछ भन्ने हाम्रो विश्वास रहेको छ। तपाईपनि आ-आफ्नो ठाँऊबाट हामीलाई सहयोग गरिदिनुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौ । तपाई सँग एदी कुनै लोकसेवाको लागी सहयोगी सामाग्रीहरु साथै बिभिन्न संकायका शैक्षिक सामाग्रीहरु छन् भने हामीलाई lcdinesh57@gmail.com र dineshlamichhane57@gmail.com मा मेल गरी सहयोग गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ । । हामी तपाईको नाम सहित बल्गमा समावेस गर्नेछौ । (बल्गमा रहेको सामग्रीहरुबाट तपाईलाई कुनै एक बिषयको मात्र आवश्यक छ भने सँगै रहेको सर्च बटमबाट आफुलाई चाहिएको मात्र खोज्न सक्नुहुन्छ ।)

The full form of SAARC is South Asian Association for Regional Co-operation.
The idea or concept of an SAARC (South Asia Association for Regional Cooperation) was mooted at first in 1980.
Ziaur Rahman, president of Bangladesh ((January 19, 1936 – May 30, 1981) pres+ents at first about the concept of an SAARC (South Asia Association for Regional Cooperation).
President Ziaur Rahman presents the idea of South Asia Association for Regional Cooperation on 2 May 1980.
Member states Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
South Asia Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) was established on 8 December 1985.
There are four Sections in the charters in the Charter of SAARC.
There is a provision of SAARC summit should be held at least once in a year or more often as and when considered necessary to discuss and make.
There is a provision for the Council of Ministers of SAARC that Ministers of Foreign / External Affairs of the Member States will be in Council of Ministers of SAARC.
The main duty of the Council of Ministers of SAARC must be the formulation of policies, review of progress, the establishment of an additional mechanism, the decision on new areas of cooperation and other matters of general interest to Association.
SAARC Secretariat is in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Ambassador Abul Ahsan of Bangladesh was appointed as the first Secretary-General of SAARC.
The first SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Co- operation) summit was held in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh on 7 and 8 December 1985.
The second South Asian Association for Regional Co- operation Summit was hosted by the Republic of India (Bharat) in 17 and 18 November 1986 at Bangalore.
The third summit was held in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal in 2, 3 and 4 November 1987.
The fourth SAARC Summit was held in Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan in 29, 30 and 31 December 1988.
The fifth SAARC summit was held in Male, the capital city in the Republic of Maldives in 21, 22 and 23 November 1988.
The sixth South Asian Association for Regional Co- operation Summit was held in Colombo, Colombo is the largest city and metropolitan area of Sri Lanka on 31 December 1991.
Name of observers countries of the SAARC are Australia, China, European Union, Iran, Japan, Mauritius, Burma, South Korea and the United States.
